Well, "about us" meaning me... I'm one guy who decided to make life easier for myself by adding a list of forums for each make and model of vehicle. I'm not a mechanic/technician, but I do have to work on plenty of cars for myself, my friends, and family members. There is so much help on the internet that you should be able to fix most things yourself as long as you have the tools to do it. Saving time and saving money are a couple of big pluses in my book. Some forums are more useful than others, so feedback is going to be a big help in organizing this site. I've had some good experiences with forums for technical help and it doesn't cost a thing. It just takes a couple of minutes to create an account with one of the forums and you can post questions on them or even help out others. You can also do searches on almost all forums without even setting up an account. That is a real time saver if you can find someone with the same problem and a resolution already there for you to see. I hope this helps you out.
